Dear Peter,
I am writing you about the military parade that it is happen next week. I want you to invite to assist to it, as you know I am in charge of one of the brigades that participate in the display and I think that it will be a good time for you and your children.
The parade it will be celebrated next Sunday on Prado Avenue, between Cibeles Place and Colon Place, I think the best option to arrive there is to go by underground. You have to take the subway line 4 to Goya station and there on the Goya Street you have to go straight on to Colon Place, it is very important that you reach Colon Place with enough time to take a good seat in order to have a good view of the parade. The military units which are going to parade are paratroopers, marines, different students of our military academies, tanks and at the end the horses of the Royal Guard.
I hope you come and see you there.
Best regards,
Fernando.

Ladies and Gentlemen,
I am the Chief of Staff of the Paratroopers Brigade and I would like to say a few words to you. Firstly, I want to congratulate you about the great job that you have done today in our military parade. For us it is an honor to parade on Madrid streets with our people supporting us.
In my opinion, this kind of things are those that make people want to have an Army and it is the best way to show us to the society, today in Madrid military parade there are people not only family of the military but also people who do not know anything about the Army, and maybe some of them will go to ask about how to join the Army, however the main goal of the parade is not that people want to join the Army, the main goal is to show people that we are in the street with them and it is the only time that they can see us at close range. A parade is something very beautiful and interesting for our society and they can see not only soldiers but also tanks, special vehicle, soldiers of the three Armies, the Army, the Navy and the Air Force, it is something amazing for people.
On the other hand, this kind of public parade in Madrid or other cities are going to disappear because of the economic crisis. In my poor opinion this is something horrible because this kind of displays is one of the things that connect people and Army. If military parades disappeared we would lose to connect with our society and show them our proficiency.
For me it has been a pleasure to be with you in this amazing day.
Thank you very much and I hope to see you next year.

Hello! My name is Dmitry Lopatin. I've created correctmytext.com
in 2009 to help everyone who learns foreign languages.
I'll be happy to see you as my friends in Facebook:

Learning to write and speak a foreign language correctly requires having somebody to correct your grammar and usage errors. Otherwise you may learn a substandard version of the language with deep-rooter mistakes and incorrect usages that are hard to get rid of.

A popular and tried-and-true way to learn languages involves writing texts in a foreign language on a daily basis and reading them aloud to a native speaker, who will correct any mistakes.

Native speakers or language professionals will review your text and correct all errors of style or grammar free of charge. You can also request a sound recording of the spoken version of your corrected text that will let you hear the subtleties of pronunciation by a native speaker.
