Noi giapponesi siamo consapevoli che il nostro paese stia consumando tanta energia e scaricando tanta anidride carbonica.
Dopo vari congressi mondiali di questi ultimi anni il nostro Primo ministro ha annunciato che il nostro obiettivo è di diminuire scarico di anidride carbonica 25% meno entro 2020, ripetto a quello attuale. Da maggio scorso è stato eseguito una prestazione detta “ECO POINT” ; praticamente quando i consumatori acquistano certi elettrodomestici che consumano meno energia, il governo gli offre dei punti, dopodiché potranno scambiare i punti guadagnati per buoni d’acquisto oppure qualcosa altro. Oltre agli elettrodomestici il governo è disposto di dare agli acquirenti di veicoli ibridi. Inoltre recentemente vedo spesso pannelli solari fotovoltaici sui tetti di qualche fabbrica o di ufficio, e delle publicità televisive promuovono di diffonderli anche alle abitazioni private. Come sanno tutti che solo ieri c’è stata selezione di città per le Olimpiadi del 2016, purtroppo Tokyo non è stata selezionata, ma trovavo molto interessante al suo progetto che lo stadio principale olimpico avrebbe avuto il tetto coperto dai pannelli solari fotovoltaici. Secondo me è un grande peccato che non si sarebbe realizzato, ma desidererei che in ogni caso il Giappone potrà diventare un leader di risolvere il problema ambientare, con varie tecnologie avanzate.
